It’s going to be a long time before any of us truly forgets that awkwardly painful moment at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards between Taylor Swift and Kanye West. After Swift won the award for Best Female Video, the rapper charged the stage in the middle of her acceptance speech, hijacked the mic and made a rant in favor of Beyoncé. Whether you’re a Swift fan or not, that was a moment of discomfort for everyone involved. Even so, a recent move by the country starlet seems to suggest that she’s willing to forgive and (at least try to) forget.

Swift can be seen covering the April issue of Australia’s Harper’s Bazaar, and one of the photos in the high couture shoot features Swift clad in a shirt designed by none other than West himself. Though the magazine hasn’t been willing to give any details surrounding this fashion selection or the young singer’s feelings on the matter, she’s posing in the brand nonetheless, and this makes us think the ever-classy femme is moving on.

One potential thread weaving its way through the whole styling situation is the fact that Christine Centenera, the fashion editor of the magazine who styled the shoot, did work with West on his spring collection for this year. Whatever the reason, though, Swift agreed to wearing a garment from West’s eponymous brand.

In addition to posing as the cover girl for the Australian issue of ‘Harper’s Bazaar,’ Swift recently played the 100th show in her Speak Now World Tour, which incidentally took place in Australia at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
