Tailgate Party Etiquette And Safety [VIDEO]

Many of you may be tailgating before your favorite football game this weekend.  In fact, tailgating at my Alma Mater has become quite serious before Utica College Pioneers football games. Believe it or not, there are some rules of tailgate etiquette and safety to think about. After all, most tailgating goes on in parking lots, so there are cars coming and going; people too.
