Here in Central New York, Syracuse's Rosamond Gifford Zoo has a new Humboldt penguin chick that hatched back in February. Now they are asking the public with help naming this chick.

The new chick is the 55th penguin hatchling since the zoo began breeding the threatened birds in 2006. Voting for the new chick's name will be open through Wednesday, March 28th. The winning name will be announced by Friday, March 30th.

The names to vote on are as followed:

Felix, Inigo, Oscar, Rafael, or Garcia.

You can cast your vote through the Zoo's Google Doc.
