Summer Medi-Camp At Faxton-St. Luke’s

The "Frog Days Of Summer" have arrived, and here's news for teens who are on vacation and are interested in health care and working in a hospital.

According to our sister station, WIBX:

"If your teen is toying with the idea of working in a hospital, Faxton Saint Luke’s is providing a great opportunity to go behind the scenes this summer.

For two days Mohawk Valley teens ages 14 to 17 can participate in “MediCamp.” Students will tour different departments and learn CPR.

Registration is limited to 14 participants. The cost is $20 per person.

Applicants are required to complete an application form which includes an essay and subsequent telephone interview. E-mail notification will be made to those who have been accepted into the program no later than Monday, July 16, 2012.
