Storm Rips Through Central New York Downing Trees, Lines & Signs [PHOTOS]

A late night storm blew through Central New York, tearing down tree, power lines and street signs. The hardest hit areas seem to be Westmoreland and Verona, where traffic was backed up on RT 365. 

UPDATE: The National Weather Service confirms an EF-1 tornado touched down.
