Spectrum Underwhelms When It Comes To Cable, Phone Service

J.D. Power's latest ranking are out for 2018 and disappointed Spectrum customers have made their frustrations known.

J.D. Power's annual U.S. Residential Television Service Provider Satisfaction Study ranks Spectrum's cable and telephone service dead last.

Their Internet service didn't fare much better int the customer satisfaction survey either, coming in at second to last, just ahead of Frontier Communications.

AT&T/DirecTV ranked first in the Television service category, while Verizon took the first place spot for telephone service provider satisfaction.
