If you have Spectrum, keep a close eye on your monthly bill. Customers are getting double billed.

One Syracuse area customer tells WIVB she noticed being charged twice. Since Michelle La Voie pays online, her bank told her to contact Spectrum to fix the issue. When she called, La Voie says they were aware of the problem and told her it was a computer glitch.

"I asked are you planning to tell customers this so that they can make sure that they are not overdrawn, or having payments declined? They said no, we don't have any plans to notify customers."

If you made a Spectrum payment on August 19th or 20th you may want to double check to make sure you weren't double billed.

Customers in Rochester are also noticing the double charge, according to Rochester First.
