Smoking Ban at New York State Fair’s Chevy Court
You won't be able to light up while watching free concerts at Chevy Court during the New York state fair. A smoking ban will be implemented this summer.
Smokers can still light up on the paved streets and in other areas of the fairgrounds. The ban will be in the grassy area around Chevy court and at picnic tables set up in the area.
Acting Fair Director Troy Waffner says "smoking is probably the No. 1 issue we hear about."
Smoking has already been banned in the grandstands.
Do you agree with the Chevy Court smoking ban?
