
Six Ft Drum Soldiers Struck By Lightning
Six Ft Drum soldiers are recovering this morning after being struck by lightning. The members of the 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment were hit during a training exercise last night.
None of the injuries were life threatening as all six were taken to the hospital, according to Syracuse.com.
The lightening strike occurred one day after a drill, testing community response to a dual helicopter crash.
