Rome Police Officers Help Disabled Woman

Being a police officer isn't always about writing tickets and making arrests. It's also about serving the community and two Rome police officer went above and beyond the call of duty.

Officers Brian Zoeckler and Aaron Paige noticed a woman in an electric scooter with a dead battery. She was a block away from her apartment so Officer Zoeckler and officer Paige helped push the woman home in 85 degree weather.

With all the negativity surrounding police in this country, it's nice to see our local officers lending a hand whenever it's needed.
