Kirkland Police have arrested a suspect in the case of a horse being shot in Kirkland from late December. 

According to WKTV, Police have charged 42-year-old Robert Webster Jr. of Durhamville with criminal mischief, aggravated cruelty to animals and reckless endangerment.

He was arraigned in town court on Route 12B. Police have been looking for a suspect in this case since late December."

The Kirkland Police Department started to investigate a suspicious gun shot that led to the death of a horse on 12/29 around 12:30 PM to 12:40 PM. The incident took place on a horse farm located on Kirkland Avenue in the Town of Kirkland. We will update you when we receive more details.
