NY State Police Share ‘Elf On A Shelf’ Warrant On Facebook

First it was a crime scene report of the family dog who destroyed a Christmas decoration. Now a 'warrant' has been issued for the 'Elf on the Shelf,' but this time by NYS Troopers.

The post is a mock up of what an actual New York State Police 'wanted' poster would look like, but it's replaced by the infamous elf.

The details of the wanted poster are creative and pretty funny, with things like 'couple inches,' or couple ounces' listed for height and weight.

The post is actually from 2016, but Troopers decided it was too good not to bring back.

'Trooper Elf' as the State Police have dubbed him is wanted for general mischief.
