Winter Storm Harper isn't done just yet. More snow is expected in central New York, followed by dangerous wind chills.

The Storm Warning remains in effect until 4pm this afternoon (1/20) and a Wind Chill Warning begins 6pm through 7pm Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

SNOW

Heavy snow is expected to continue with additional snow accumulations of 6 to 9 inches today. Northern Oneida County could see an additional 7 to 10 inches.

WIND CHILL

Once the snow ends, arctic cold temperatures with 35 mph will gusts follow. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero expected tonight through Monday, which could cause frostbite in as little as 10 minutes.

Winter Weather Preparation:
