Miley Cyrus is a very mysterious individual. She is constantly changing music genres, hair lengths, and directions her tongue sticks out. At a show in Los Angeles, at the Staples Center, she performed a "country-style" cover of the R&B group Outkast's hit song "Hey Ya."
