Michael Vick “Should Have Been Executed”

Tucker Carlson thinks Michael Vick should have been put down after being convicted of running a dog fighting ring.  The cable news host took issue with President Obama after he praised the Eagles for giving Vick a second chance.  What happened to "everyone makes mistakes."  He paid his debt to society and should be allowed to start again, shouldn't he?
