Man Goes Kayaking on Flooded Utica Streets

When life hands you lemons, you make lemonade. When Mother Nature hands you lots  of rain, you kayak.

One man in South Utica went kayaking down the street after heavy rain flooded parts of central New York. If you can't drive through, why not float through? He may be today's Uber since a travel advisory is in place in Oneida County.

The newly constructed Arterial looked like a swimming pool as cars floated in the high waters on Route 12.

A travel advisory for Oneida County is restricting travel until further notice and a Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 5:30pm
