Luke Austin is ready to help you set your lineup for week 2 of the NFL fantasy football season. Here's his favorites to start and sit, some deep roster moves and answers to your lineup questions.

I didn't do too bad last week, but of course football is a 'what have you done for me lately' league and fantasy football prognostications are no different.

So let's get to my week 2 opinions.

Your questions:

Matthew from Frankfort asks, "Do I start Drew Brees or Derek Carr?"

Go with Carr, who is playing the Jets this week. In fact any QB or Defense playing the Jets will be a solid option this season.

Mark from New Hartford asks, "Should I play Matthew Stafford against the Giants?"

Short answer yes. Even though the Giants Defense is pretty good, Stafford's upside is too. He has plenty of weapons to score your fantasy team enough points to merit a start - even against the Giants.

Luke's favorites to start week 1

Carlos Hyde, 49ers RB - Hyde wasn't great last week, but was on the field for 78% of their offensive plays. He's a big part of their offense and will grab you some good points.

Ty Montgomery, RB Green Bay - big PPR league value from the converted WR. He can definitely catch and showed last week he can run the ball well too.

Kenny Golladay, Detroit WR - the rookie had 2 TD's in week 1 and Stafford has said publicly how much he loves him.

Deep Roster Reaches

Jared Goff, Rams QB  - Goff looked ok last week, but they're playing a Washington Defense that got lit up by the Eagles in Week 1. Goff isn't the best QB, but could score you enough points to get you a win.

Jay Cutler, Miami QB - Cutler is back with offensive coordinator Adam Gase whom he had his best season with in Chicago a few years ago. Cutler is another option like Goff who can get you through a week or two.

Jared Cook, Raiders TE - Cook may be the 3rd or 4th option in Oakland, but he has a great rapport with Carr, and should put some solid points at the TE spot.

Who to sit in week 2

Once again sit or stay away from the Colts. Already on their second QB of the year with Jacoby Brissett, their offensive line can't protect anyone.

Sit your Jets as well. Unless you drafted Bilal Powell high, I recommend avoiding playing any and all Jets.

There you have it. Thanks to Mark and Matthew for your questions.

I'll be back on Tuesday with a recap of what I got wrong and right.

Keep your questions coming, send them to Luke@BigFrog104.com and good luck in week 2!
