Krazy Kimmer’s Upstate NY Redneck Aquatic Workout

Meet Krazy Kimmer, the Remsen Redneck, who will give a glimpse into the life of Krazy country folk.

Krazy Kimmer was born and raised in Remsen. She was known as the chiropracter on the Utica Clubbers roller derby team, wearing the number 911. "Because I hit you so hard I'll break your back," Kimmer explains.

For 19 years Krazy Kimmer has been married to the same man she met while mud wrestling "I body slammed him and he dropped to his knee and said 'I love you, marry me.'"

To pass the time, Krazy Kimmer says she does "a lot of wood in the back yard. Lift logs, throw em around. I play in my pool." She'll also join Tad & Polly every Friday morning to demonstrate the Redneck way.

Today Krazy Kimmer demonstrates the 'Redneck Aquatic Aerobic Workout.' She says you'll need a homemade swim cap, goggles, a smoke and the giggle water. "You can't do anything up around these parts without the cigarette and the giggle water. The giggle water warms it up."
