I don't know about you, but this time of year we really want to keep the warm air in and the cold air outside. It helps with our energy bills in the long run, but more importantly, I hate being cold.

Tad's retired now, so that means his "honey do" list has gotten longer, but he's not a do-it-yourselfer; he's more of a gotta-do-it guy. John over at John's Mobile Home Parts & Accessories is a lifesaver, though, because he carries everything in the right sizes for manufactured homes — and he really has everything.

John's got a great stock of energy-efficient doors and windows:

With spring on the horizon (I don't care what the groundhog says, my fingers crossed are crossed!), don't forget to check that skirting to see if anything needs to be repaired or replaced.

And the big-ticket item: If your furnace doesn't seem to be running right or is on the older side, now (at the end of the season) is the time to get John's crew to replace it.

We've been using John and his crew for years; no part or job is too big or too small. Give John a call at (315) 821-6159 or browse online at johnsmobilehomeparts.com.
