How To Get Around New York’s Tinted Window Law
Remember how New York put a law into affect that banned tinted windows? You can find ways to...avoid that law.
The New York law that went into effect on January 1, 2017. What the law pretty much stated was that with passenger cars the windshield and side windows cannot block more than 30% of the light. This law also applies to the rear window of a vehicle if it has been classified as a 'passenger car' unless you have a side mirror on each side of your car.

Lupus Erthematosus
Severe drug photo sensitivity, provided that the course of treatment causing the photo sensitivity is expected to be of a prolonged duration
Photophobia associated with an ophthalmic or neurological disorder"
