The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for CNY on Friday (7/19/13) from noon until 8.  What does a heat advisory mean?  Click for details.

A heat advisory means the combination of temperature and humidity will exceed 105°. In other words, it feels like 105.  It can very dangerous leading to heat exhaustion or heat stroke.

IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN...HEAT EXHAUSTION OR OTHER HEAT RELATED SYMPTOMS COULD OCCUR FOR THOSE DOING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THE VERY YOUNG AND ELDERLY ARE MOST AT RISK.
