Harry Morgan – Colonel Potter of Mash Fame Dies

The man who starred as Colonel Potter in MASH and was Joe Friday's sidekick on Dragnet has passed away.  Morgan died at his LA home this morning at age 96.  While Morgan was most known for those two roles, MSN says he played many others.

He appeared in supporting roles in over 100 films, many of them classics such as "The Ox-Bow Incident," "High Noon,"  and "Inherit the Wind."
