Faith Hill Working On New CD

Talk about how time flies! It's been 6 years since Faith Hill released her last CD, "Fireflies". Faith has admitted being wrapped up in family life raising her 3 daughters with husband Tim McGraw over that period and makes no apologies for it. "I'm the mother of three daughters, and a wife, and that's what my priority is," she tells the Wall Street Journal. "I work on records when I can" Now, however, she feels it's time to get back in the game.

Like I say, I have actually recorded possibly a couple of albums in the six years. But its important for it to be the right thing for me musically. Its just the process. Its like a rediscovery. And in the midst of rediscovery, it just takes time. I didnt even realize it had been   that long, to be honest with you, until someone told me that. And I even argued with them. At the time it was five years, and I said, Its not been five years since I had a record! Yeah, it has been.
