Fans of Chris Farley always wonder what other hilarious movies or TV shows he would have been able to be a part of had he not not tragically passed away. He was truly one of the funniest people to ever be captured on film. Had it not been for his untimely death, his talents would have taken form in an animated feature. Newly released audio shows that Farley was supposed to be the voice of the 'Dreamworks' character Shrek!

This video first popped up on the popular website Reddit, confirming comments made by Chris' brother in an interview with Yahoo! In that interview is states,

“Originally the Shrek character was a little bit more like Chris, like a humble, bumbling innocent guy,” said Kevin Farley, who appears in and executive-produced the new documentary about the life and career of his brother, I Am Chris Farley.

About 90% of the dialogue and when he had passed away, they decided to go with Mike Myers for the role and the character changed a bit. We'll obviously never know how the movie would have been, but anything with Chris Farley involved, I would have definitely seen, and I assume that is the case for many.
