Cops Help Man Propose With Fake Arrest [WATCH]

Asking for a woman's hand in marriage is a big deal and we've seen plenty of unique proposals. From flash mobs at Disney to backstage at a Dierks Bentley show. But this proposal with a fake arrest may take the cake.

Matt Van Vliet called on Connecticut police to help him pop the question to his girlfriend Samantha Labo. When the officer stopped the car, Sam started crying. As Matt was beibg handcuffed, the officer removed a ring from Matt's pocket.

Although you can't hear Matt pop the question, you can hear Sam's response.  She was happy about the proposal but it sounds like Matt will have the rest of his life to apologize for scaring her to death.
