Taylor Swift has millions of fans and they aren't all teenaged girls. This fan is a police officer with the Delaware police department. While reviewing dashcam footage, he was caught jamming' out to Taylor's 'Shake it Off' and I don't know what's better; the cops sass or the fact he knows EVERY word.

The video already has over 13.8 million views is just 3 days. It even got some love from Taylor.
