Black Bear Spotted In The Little Falls Area

Heads Up: Little Falls Police are warning residents that a black bear was observed in the area of Ward Street and Petrie Street. Here's what else we know about this bear.

Reports indicate that the bear is 150 to 200-pounds. Around 5:20AM, the black bear was spotted by someone driving near the Ward Street and Petrie Street area. Officials say it is uncommon for black bears to come into the city, but remember, they do come in search of food and garbage left out.
