Billy Ray Cyrus’ Wife Files For Divorce

BILLY RAY CYRUS has an 'Achy Breaky Heart.'  He and his wife Tish are splitting up.  TMZ says Tish has filed for divorce, citing 'irreconcilable differences.'  The couple has been married for 19 years and have three children together.

A few years ago, BILLY RAY and his wife split up over rumors she was cheating with BRET MICHAELS. Billy even filed for divorce. But Tish and Bret denied the affair, and Billy and Tish eventually patched things up.

Unfortunately, the patch didn't hold. This time Tish pulled the trigger.  She wants spousal support, and for Billy Ray to pay her attorney fees. She also wants full custody of their 13-year-old daughter Noah. MILEY is 20, so obviously there's no custody issue there.

The couple released a statement: 'As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers.'

TMZ also says some Miley apparently contacted her dad through Twitter when the news broke.
