Bed Bugs and Cockroaches Close Horsehead Hotel

Heading to Horsehead, New York? You won't be staying at the Travel Lodge and won't want to after reading this.

A health inspection turned up bed bugs and cockroaches in several rooms along with a urine stained bed and spider webs. Bedding and linens were stored on the floor in the same room with garbage and stains, crumbs, tobacco residue on almost every surface.

The Chemung County Health Department has closed the hotel, that use to be a Budget Inn, until the owner fixes all violations.

I was out after bed bugs and cockroaches. This place sounds like it needs a demolition crew rather than a deep clean.
