Want to see Sam Hunt? You can by helping save lives at St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Become a Partner in Hope by donating just $20 a month and you'll have the honor of joining the country community with a 'This Shirt Saves Lives' t-shirts and go into a drawing to win several great prizes, including tickets to see Sam Hunt at St Joseph's Health Amphitheater in Syracuse in August, VIP FrogFest tickets, an autographed guitar or a season pass at Heron Creek Golf Course.

The guitar, donated by Big Apple Music, is signed by all the artists who attended Country Cares this year, including Riley Green, Carly Pearce and Randy Owen.

There's VIP FrogFest tickets that include food and non-alcoholic beverages all day and up front seating. All the details on this year's FrogFest by the way, will be announced Monday, February 17th.

If you're a golfer, you may choose the season pass at Heron Creek Golf Course in Clinton, voted best course in central New York.

In addition to the grand prizes, there's lots of incentives each hour too including, Utica Comets tickets and gift cards to enjoy a night out at Swifty's Restaurant and Pub in Utica.
