Are Snowstorms Caused by Global Warming?

Another nineteen inches of snow in in NYC.  It seems strange to think that global warming could be causing these huge snowstorms.  But one scientist on The Today Show thinks that is why even the deep south has been experiencing what is usually CNY weather.
