Thursday, August 13th, 2015 was one of the best days of my life. This was the day I became an uncle for the very first time. My sister Jamie gave birth to her first child, a little baby boy, at 11:01 a.m.

He was born at 7 lbs. 1.4 oz. Because I have never been an uncle before, I have a lot to learn. One thing is for sure, I am going to be the best uncle I can possibly be. One of the biggest disputes my sisters, other family members, and I have had is what NFL team he will like. Of course the only true answer is the Green Bay Packers. From the moment I laid eyes on the little guy, I felt an immediate change in myself. I felt a new sense of responsibility to be a true role model. Now I have mostly younger siblings and cousins and I have always felt a responsibility to them, but now as an uncle it's on a whole new level. I am ready for the challenge!
