9 Schools Across Central New York Are Among The Best In The State

A big round of applause is deserved for Central New York teachers. 9 schools across the region have been named some of the top in the state.

The New York state Education Department report shows that 9 schools across CNY were the top in English, and math test scores, two years in a row. Here's the schools who made the cut:

1) Fayetteville-Manlius Senior High School, Fayetteville-Manlius

2) Fremont Elementary School, East Syracuse-Minoa

3) Marcellus High School, Marcellus

4) New Hartford Senior High School, New Hartford

5) Skaneateles Senior High School, Skaneateles

6) Skaneateles Middle School, Skaneateles

7) State Street Intermediate School, Skaneateles

8) West Genesee Senior High School, West Genesee

9) Westhill High School, Westhill"
