If you were lucky enough to spend the Easter weekend with family, you may have noticed how nice it was to have everyone together. Did you also notice, while everyone was together, they were all playing games on their electronic devices?

Tad & I were in Canada to visit my parents and at one point my mother and I were playing games on our iPads, my dad was playing cards on a laptop and my husband was on his cell phone. In today's technological world, no one interacts with each other anymore, so I suggested we step away from the electronics and play a game with real cards and human interaction. What a novel idea.

It wasn't long before my parents started arguing over why that card was played or why they didn't play this way. My mother finally looked at me and said 'the iPad doesn't talk back and criticize the way you play.'

Family, gotta love 'em!
