WKTV’s Don Shipman Named Best News Personality in Central New York
July 9, 2012 ConFROGulations to WKTV's Don Shipman who was crowned Central New York's best news personality. The morning anchor took over 55% of the votes, while Kristine Bellino from WIBX 950 came in second with close to 25% of the vote. WUTR's Rachel Polansky rounded out the poll with 20% of vote getters.
