Oneida Square Roundabout Approved
March 3, 2011 The controversial Oneida Square roundabout has been approved. In a 7 to 2 vote, the Utica Common council gave the go ahead for the roughly $2 million project. It will utilize 85 percent federal, 10 percent state and 5 percent city dollars– but all the money will be spent by the city first and reimbursed later.
