After fighting for two months, Jenna Hinman, wife of Ft Drum SGT Brandon Hinman, has passed away. The heartbreaking news was posted on Prayers For Jenna's Facebook page, 'Today our hearts are broken. We are devastated to inform you that Jenna has suddenly passed away after a courageous two month fight against cancer.'

As mom continues her valiant fight to survive a rare cancer called choriocarcinoma, Jenna Hinman's twins Azlynn and Kayleigh are thriving. Not only have they gained weight since being born prematurely, they were captured during a beautiful photo shoot.

After weeks of doing well, Jenna Hinman, the soldier's wife fighting a rare cancer, has had a setback and prayers are needed. After one day at Ft Drum, SGT Brandon Hinman has been ordered back to his wife Jenna's bedside. He's been with his family since Jenna gave birth prematurely, to their twin daughters and began her fight from a rare pregnancy related cancer. The military extended Brandon's leave so he'll be able to continue devoting all of his time and energy to Jenna and their twin girls.

UPDATE: Sgt Hinman is back with his family after Ft Drum released a statement, saying he only returned to base in Watertown to fill out paperwork Tuesday.

All of Jenna's other numbers (white blood cell count, platelets, blood gas, vitals, blood pressure, O2) look great and the treatment team is 'very happy.'
