The new Simon Cowell show 'The X-Factor' premiered on FOX.  The singing competition is open to anyone 12 or older.  Solo artists, duos and groups are also allowed.  The winner not only receives 500 million bucks but they also get to appear in a Pepsi commercial during the Super Bowl.  How cool is that! 13 year old Rachel Crow kicked off the show when she auditioned in front of not only the 4 judge
