In addition to having their first Top 5 hit, ‘(Kissed You) Good Night,’ which also recently went gold, country trio Gloriana is now celebrating their sophomore album’s impressive chart debut. ‘A Thousand Miles Left Behind’ came in at No. 2 on Billboard’s Country Album Chart and at No. 10 on Billboard’s all-genre Top 200 albums chart.
On their sophomore album, Gloriana lay down 11 tight, polished and harmonious country songs that collectively fall short of providing an identity for a group working through year four together. The trio feels like the shy kid in class who knows all the answers, but doesn’t want to raise his or her hand.

July 17, 2012 Gloriana continues to take fans down the road that led them to their new album, 'A Thousand Miles Left Behind.' Every Tuesday on CMT.com, local boys Mike & Tom Gossin, along with Rachel Reinert, talk about the songs on the CD and perform each one acoustically before it hits stores on July 31st. The first week they sang 'Soldiers Song,' written after a USO trip. Last week it was 'Sunset Lovin'.' This week its a look back to where it all began.
Gloriana‘s lead vocalist Tom Gossin will need to keep quiet for a few days after being placed on vocal rest. The band shared the news broke late last night (July 11) through the band’s social media sites. As a result, Gloriana has been forced to postpone concerts scheduled for this weekend in Florida.
