Did you know June 30th is "Social Media Day" ? Huh?!?! Really?

So, what exactly is it? Well, it was launched by the digital media website, Mashable on June 30, 2010 as a way to recognize and celebrate social media's impact on the way the world communicates.

And we do!

Social Media is everywhere - Our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram - they're all as close as our mobile device. Even if we wanted, we couldn't get away from Social Media. It's become the new way to keep in touch with family and friends, around the corner and around the world.

Who can go one day (or in some cases one hour) without checking or posting something to their Facebook page, tweeting or sharing a photo on Instagram? Can you?

Our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram are as close as our mobile device. Even if we wanted, we couldn't get away from Social Media. It's everywhere!
