Seth Meyers Breaks His Nose Playing Street Hockey [PHOTO]

Seth Meyers broke his nose playing street hockey with his buddies. You wouldn't know it watching his Late Night show thanks to his makeup team.

'We’re talking the kind of hockey where when a car came, you would have to go, ‘Car!’ and take the nets and clear the street. We were 40-year-old men having the time of our lives, playing street hockey,' Meyers told the audience during his Late Night show.

Before the last game, Meyers gave a movie like speech. 'We're at the age now where this is likely the last time we'll ever play street hockey, so leave it all out on the pavement. Don't regret anything about this last game because you'll have to live with it for the rest of your life.'

30 seconds into the last game, 'a friend smashes me in the nose with his stick. and I hit the ground and immediately. Immediately, knew that my nose was broken… My friends couldn’t hear me because they were all laughing. So much laughter — as much laughter as blood.'

It wasn't a little break. Meyers says it was bad. 'My nose was going a completely different direction. I was in a bit of a panic about the fact that my nose was on the other side of my face.'

Meyers shouldn't feel bad. I've also injured myself playing sports. Although I didn't break any bones. I sprained my ankle playing golf.  It wasn't from a tough shot or anything. It was from jumping up and down after getting my first birdie.
