We all find hot, humid weather to be exhausting; but if you suffer with breathing problems it's even worse.  The American Lung Association now has a new app for smart devices that keeps you current on air quality and ozone alerts. Here's today's report at the Big Frog studios in Marcy.

Yellow means air quality is moderate and if you have heart or lung disease or diabetes outdoor activities should be curtailed or rescheduled.  The green numbers refer to the ozone, level which today is good.  Get more information on downloading the app here.
