Cupcakes are always fun, and now these are going to be even more amazing. Here's the ingredients for the cupcakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup cake flour

1 3 .9-ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon potato starch

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

4 large egg whites, at room temperature

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup half-and-half, at room temperature

1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon (5 strips)"
