It may sound like one of their comedy bits, but the Blue Collar Comedy trio of Larry The Cable Guy, Jeff Foxworthy and Bill Engvall plan to build a theme park.  Click for details.

The Hollywood Reporter says it will be called Blue Collar Country and be built on approximately 500 acres in Foley, Alabama.

to include hotels, retail, an RV resort, rides, a 100,000-square-foot events center (for concerts, sporting events and conventions) and restaurants including a Foxworthy-themed steak house, an Engvall fish spot and a Larry the Cable Guy rib joint.

 

Foley's mayor is quoted as saying, "think Branson, MO meets Six Flags."  The story adds that 70's pop singer, Tony Orlando is involved in the project too.  He supposedly came up with the idea and found the current planned location.  Read more on the story here.
