Dave Wheeler Owes an Apology To Clowns

Yesterday, I wrote a story asking the public's opinion on whether or not clown costumes should be banned locally this Halloween. While doing that, I hurt some some people and wanted to take a minute to apologize.

We all make mistakes. I just hope clowns can forgive me for targeting them in this article. I wasn't trying to hurt anyone's feelings, and hope my mistake can be forgiven.
