With the recent rise in creepy clown sightings nationwide, and here at home in Central New York, should we ban the idea of dressing up as a clown this Halloween?

Just in the past few months, Creepy Clown sightings have caused mass panic. It's safe to assume these clowns aren't just harmless. Some have caused massive issues with law enforcement. Whether creepy clowns have caused bomb threats, or spotted wandering around the City of Utica, these clowns are more than just a prank. There is no plan as of the time of this article getting published to ban any sort of outfits this Halloween. We are asking what you think.
