If you're looking for more holiday specials on TV, tonight's "Christmas in Rockefeller Center" is one not to miss. The show airs at 8 p.m. on NBC, and is highlighted by the official lighting of the Christmas Tree in Rockefeller Center in New York City.

The tree is a Norway spruce from Pennsylvania and stands 74 feet tall (I can't imagine trying to put the angel on top of that one).

According to nbc.com:

"NBC heralds the arrival of the holidays with a dazzling display of musical talent and the lighting of the world's most famous Christmas tree during the 14th annual "Christmas in Rockefeller Center" telecast.

Co-hosted by Al Roker and Savannah Guthrie, both of the Today Show, the star-studded 79th annual tree lighting extravaganza will feature an array of musical guests including Tony Bennett, Justin Bieber, Michael Bublé, Cee Lo Green, Faith Hill*, Carole King, Katharine McPhee, Javier Colon and The Radio City Rockettes performing current hits and holiday classics from Rockefeller Center in New York City."

*According to sources, Faith Hill has reportedly canceled her appearance tonight at "Christmas in Rockefeller Center".

If you can't make it to New York City during the holidays, tonight's show is the next best thing.
