March 14, 2013 The problems for Carnival cruise ships continue. This time its the Carnival Dream docked in St Maarten. The ship was scheduled to set sail yesterday morning but power outages and plumbing problems caused a delay. Passengers told CNN, the power is out and toilets are overflowing. Work was being done on the broken generator to get the ship back up and running.
