Prepare yourself. Those mammoth dinosaurs from Stephen Speilberg's classic "Jurassic Park" will be in your face this weekend as the 3-D version makes it way into local theaters. I'm a walker, not a runner, and from what I'm told, a brisk walk is good for your health. I like to walk because it doesn't take much equipment or expense - just a good pair of sneakers and warm clothing if it's cold outside. Today is "National Walking Day".

Maybe it's the fact that the Utica-Rome Topix anonymous gossiping pages are the most active one in the nation, or maybe it's this nasty weather we're always plagued with, but after a Gallup 'wellbeing' poll, the Business Insider has ranked the Utica-Rome metro area the 11th most miserable city in the nation! Well, look at the bright side... We're not the worst. Yet.

Jenna Jentry grew in Texas and now calls Nashville home, but she's no stranger to Central New York. Her father is from Clinton and her mother called Rome home. Jenna will be on stage, Saturday June 15th at our 25th Anniversary Big Frog 104 Wild West Frogfest & Rodeo.
