The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory through Thursday morning.

According to the weather service, expect Lake effect snow mixed with the very cold wind chills. The Wind Chill advisory is still in effect through noon Thursday. That means watch out for slippery road conditions, and plenty of snow. That means visibility on roads could be poor at times.

Additional snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches are expected. Expect wind chills to range from 15 to 25 below zero, especially Tonight through early Thursday.

This is in effect for Madison and Southern Oneida Counties through 7AM Thursday morning. Use caution when traveling.
